‘Geng Geng’ is a playful animated music video filled with our imaginations of an illogical world and interpretation of the song - “genggeng” by Alphabets Heaven. With exciting and amusing visuals to go along with the music, viewers can feel a sense of humor and happiness while watching the film.
Life is hard at times, gloominess & sorrows are often felt among many people, and we believe we need to change that! Therefore, we thought of creating a fun & joyful animated music video. We would like to combat those tough times by creating exciting visuals along with upbeat music for the audience to enjoy and be happy. With our chosen song being “geng geng” by Alphabets Heaven, we figured it would be the perfect music to go along with our animation as it evokes an exciting and amusing feeling. We hope that upon watching & listening to our animated film & music respectively, people would feel at least a little bit happier and joyful with the vibrant & funny visuals shown on screen.
This project was done by a team of four and I am responsible for the hand-drawn and After Effects animation in 01:06:15-01:32:13, 01:36:12-01:44:12 and 02:24:06-02:32:03, and the editing of the film.
